Questions people ask
Do the emails go from your servers?
No. You connect your own mailbox and the mail goes from your address. Replies come straight back to you; we only read and sort them.
Are you selling an email list?
No. Addresses are collected from businesses' own websites and where each one came from is recorded. Guessed and purchased addresses are never used.
When exactly is a credit spent?
When a business is found and stored, and when a draft is written for it. Sending costs nothing. A business you could never email is not charged for.
Will I be sending spam?
That responsibility is yours: you must follow the email and privacy law where you are and where you write. Quasar makes it easier by putting an opt-out in every message, blocking anyone who leaves permanently, capping daily volume, and tracking bounces.
What languages can it write in?
Drafts are written in the language of the recipient country — over 40, including Turkish, English, German, French and Spanish. The interface is in Turkish, English and German.
Can I cancel?
Any time. You keep access to the end of the period. Refund terms are set out on the refund policy page.
What is Quasar?
Quasar is a web-based B2B prospecting and cold email tool made by Akca Studio. It finds real businesses by city and industry, writes a personal draft for each one in the recipient’s language, sends it from your own Gmail account and sorts the replies. Plans start at $19 a month.
Which countries and industries can it search?
Anywhere in the world. You pick a country, a city and optionally a radius, and type the industry in plain words: “dentist”, “architecture studio”, “kuyumcu”. Data comes from OpenStreetMap and, where needed, Google Places — up to 500 businesses per search.
Can I also reach businesses on WhatsApp?
Yes. For businesses with a phone number, the message opens in WhatsApp already typed and you press send; Quasar keeps the next business ready. There is no unattended bulk sending, which is the route that respects both WhatsApp’s rules and the law.
